Last updated: September 7, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Waka Football Predictions application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated in Uganda. By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms: "Application" means the Waka Football Predictions mobile application and any associated software provided by us. "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" means Waka Football Predictions and the entity responsible for operating the Service. "Service" means the Application, website, subscription services, football predictions, statistics, analysis, content, and other related services provided by us. "User", "You", or "Your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Content" means predictions, football statistics, match analysis, tips, graphics, text, images, videos, data, software, and other materials made available through the Service. "Prediction" means any football-related forecast, tip, statistical assessment, probability, recommendation, or analysis provided through the Service.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Waka Football Predictions. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age. You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete registration information. Keep your login credentials confidential and secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account. Not create or operate an account using false or misleading information. Not share your account or paid subscription access with other individuals where such sharing is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Nature of the Service Waka Football Predictions provides football predictions, statistics, historical data, analysis, probabilities, and related information. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and is not a guarantee of any particular football match result or financial outcome. Our predictions are generated using available football data, statistical analysis, historical performance, algorithms, models, and other analytical methods. Football matches are inherently unpredictable, and actual results may differ significantly from our predictions. We do not guarantee: The accuracy of any prediction. The outcome of any football match. The accuracy of any statistical or analytical information at all times. That any prediction will result in a winning bet. Any financial return, profit, or betting success. That a particular prediction will remain valid after publication. You acknowledge that predictions are opinions and analytical assessments rather than guarantees or promises of future results.
5. Betting and Responsible Gambling Waka Football Predictions is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, or gambling platform. We do not accept bets, hold betting funds, determine betting odds, or pay betting winnings. If you independently choose to place a bet with a licensed betting operator based on information obtained from our Service, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for: Deciding whether to place a bet. Selecting the betting operator you use. Determining the amount of money you wager. Understanding the rules and odds of the betting operator. Any losses arising from your betting activity. Waka Football Predictions is not responsible for betting losses, gambling debts, lost funds, or any other financial loss resulting from your decision to place a bet. We encourage users to gamble responsibly and only with money they can afford to lose. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or other difficulties, you should seek appropriate professional or support services.
6. Subscription Services Certain predictions, features, markets, statistics, or other Content may only be available through a paid subscription or VIP package. Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, duration, and benefits will be presented to you. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that: You have reviewed the subscription price and applicable terms before payment. Subscription access is provided for the stated subscription period. Subscription benefits are available only while the subscription remains active. Subscription access does not guarantee winning predictions or financial returns. We may change, add, or remove features from subscription packages where reasonably necessary. Paid Content is intended for the subscribing user and must not be redistributed without our permission.
7. Payments Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including mobile money, card processors, banks, app stores, or other payment services. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payments associated with your purchases. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment providers, including: Mobile money delays. Banking delays. Payment gateway outages. Failed or reversed transactions. Incorrect payment information. Network or telecommunications failures. Third-party technical problems. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate.
8. Refund Policy Unless otherwise required by applicable Ugandan law or the rules of an applicable payment platform: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee any particular prediction result or financial return. Incorrect predictions do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund. Betting losses do not constitute grounds for a refund. Temporary Service interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or other remedy in exceptional circumstances. Where a payment is processed through a third-party platform, any applicable refund procedures of that platform may also apply.
9. Intellectual Property All Content and intellectual property associated with Waka Football Predictions, including but not limited to: Predictions. Statistical models. Match analysis. Databases. Software. Algorithms. Logos. Trademarks. Graphics. Text. Designs. User interface elements. Original data compilations. are owned by or licensed to Waka Football Predictions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted by us, you may not: Copy our Content. Reproduce our Content. Sell or commercially exploit our Content. Redistribute paid predictions. Publish or republish our Content. Scrape or systematically collect our Content. Reverse engineer the Service. Modify or create derivative works from our proprietary Content. Resell access to the Service. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of our Content.
10. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts. Interfere with the operation or security of the Service. Distribute malware or malicious software. Scrape, crawl, copy, or automatically collect Content without our written permission. Share or publicly distribute paid predictions without authorization. Resell your subscription or account access. Impersonate another person or organization. Use fraudulent payment methods. Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or malicious material. Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or security measures. Abuse promotions, referral systems, bonuses, or other Service features. Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
11. Prediction Content and Accuracy Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and data-driven predictions, football predictions involve uncertainty. Information may be affected by factors including: Player injuries. Suspensions. Team selection. Tactical changes. Weather conditions. Match conditions. Unexpected events. Data limitations. Errors in third-party data. Late changes occurring after a prediction has been published. We may update, correct, modify, or remove predictions or other Content where necessary. No prediction should be interpreted as a certainty or guaranteed winning selection.
12. Service Availability We aim to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may temporarily become unavailable due to: Scheduled maintenance. Technical failures. Internet or telecommunications outages. Server failures. Third-party service interruptions. Cybersecurity incidents. Power failures. Government actions. Force majeure events. Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Services The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including payment providers, analytics services, hosting providers, authentication services, app stores, and external websites. Third-party services are operated independently from Waka Football Predictions. We are not responsible for: The availability of third-party services. Third-party content. Third-party policies. Third-party privacy practices. Third-party transaction failures. Losses resulting from your use of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Privacy Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be collected, stored, used, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding: Accuracy. Reliability. Availability. Completeness. Fitness for a particular purpose. Merchantability. Non-infringement. The accuracy or success of predictions. We do not warrant that: Predictions will always be accurate. A prediction will result in a winning bet. The Service will always be available. Content will always be free from errors. Errors will be corrected immediately. The Service will be compatible with every device or network.
16. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waka Football Predictions, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including: Betting losses. Financial losses. Lost profits. Lost opportunities. Business interruption. Loss of data. Loss of anticipated winnings. Indirect damages. Incidental damages. Special damages. Consequential damages. Our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not exceed the total amount you paid directly to Waka Football Predictions during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waka Football Predictions, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to: Your misuse of the Service. Your violation of these Terms. Your unlawful activities. Your violation of applicable laws. Your infringement of third-party rights. Your unauthorized redistribution or commercial use of our Content.
18. Account Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if you: Violate these Terms. Engage in fraudulent activity. Abuse the Service. Attempt unauthorized access. Circumvent subscription restrictions. Redistribute paid Content without authorization. Use the Service unlawfully. Provide false or misleading information. Engage in conduct that may harm the Service or other users. We may also discontinue or modify all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary. Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
19. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
20. Dispute Resolution If a dispute arises between you and Waka Football Predictions concerning the Service or these Terms, the parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication and negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to a competent court or other legally appropriate dispute-resolution body in Uganda, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters. War. Terrorism. Government actions or restrictions. Internet or telecommunications outages. Power failures. Cyberattacks. Server or infrastructure failures. Strikes or labor disruptions. Epidemics or pandemics. Failures of third-party service providers.
22. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through the Application, website, email, or another appropriate method. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the updated version. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Severability If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waka Football Predictions regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede prior agreements, representations, or understandings concerning your use of the Service, except where otherwise expressly stated.
